Safeway has updated their coupon policy, and there are some great clarifications and additions in there. Go here to view and print it. I printed it and will put it in my coupon keeper in case I run into trouble at the checkout. The most exciting change is that we can now use Catalinas and Register Rewards from other stores at Safeway!! So that means I can use the $10 RR I got at Walgreens today towards groceries at Safeway! Sweet!(Thanks for the heads up, Krazy Coupon Lady)
