Colorado Residents: 25% Off Goodwill Coupon?

I stumbled on what I think is a coupon for 25% off at Goodwill in Colorado (might just be Colorado Springs?)! Go here to sign up and print the coupon. Too bad it's not good for the one in Billings, MT!
