I had a very good trip to Safeway this morning! Here's how it worked out:

4 Imperial Margarine quarters = $3.96
1 gallon of Dairy Glen milk = $2.49

$3.00 Catalina from the Pillsbury transaction from Monday

Grand Total OOP: $3.69!
On a related side note, I noticed on my receipt that the in-ad coupons didn't come off, so I went back in and talked with the manager. He told me that in order to use their in-ad coupons, your total AFTER coupons must be $10 or more. I have used in-ad coupons many, many times in the past without my after-coupons total being $10 or more, but he said they are starting to watch it more carefully. Thankfully, he did refund my money this time, but it's something to look for next time.
